Biography
Iris Eytan is a founding partner of Eytan Law and is one of the most prestigious criminal lawyers in the state of Colorado. She is a sought-after speaker, expert, consultant, and attorney, especially in the areas of criminal trial litigation, homicides, Title IX, sexual offenses, and prosecutorial misconduct issues. She is the former owner of Eytan Nielsen LLC, former Partner at Reilly Pozner, and former Deputy State Public Defender for Arapahoe County, and focuses her practice on high-profile criminal cases that have been filed or are being investigated by law enforcement in all of Colorado’s judicial districts. She is the founder of Protect Ethical Prosecutors aimed at eliminating absolute immunity for prosecutors. She also was the co-founder and co-organizer of the National Health Forum on Forensic Medical Health and the Law.
Iris’s influence is felt at both the state and national levels of criminal law.
