Excellent Firm

This was my first-time meeting with a lawyer in general and the feeling can be intimidating. However, this was not the case with this firm they are an excellent law firm. When I had dislocated my shoulder on my way to my appointment they were understanding and helpful. Sean is a great guy and is very... helpful with my bankruptcy. I appreciate all the guidance, help, and the overall experience helping me through it all. I would recommend them to anyone and assure them they are good people and with the process, as I started it in September, and everything was finished successfully. Thank you, Sean and your team for all your help.

From Chaos of Debt relief to Bankruptcy

After spending thousands of dollars ( which would have continued for several years), trying to reduce my debt with National Debt relief, I Hired Stephen Berken to manage my bankruptcy. Their process was painless and very professional. In less than 4 months I am now debt free. What could be bette...r than that?

Thank you, Stephen and Sean!

I had just been through the worst experience of my life. I had been hit by a drunk driver and acquired a traumatic brain injury from the accident. This changed my entire life, including the loss of my career and high pain salary. Get back to any form of work because of my injury. My husband and I ...were in a real financial pickle without my salary. And we didn’t know what to do. We were referred to Berken and Cloyes. Stephen called us back right away. We appreciate it as sense of humor, and his honest nature. Before he even officially took on our case, he gave us some really great advice about how we move forward and what next steps to take. It turned out that my bankruptcy case was not a simple one, and they took my case anyway. They knew all of the risks and all of the challenges I might face during the course of my bankruptcy case, and they were willing and prepared to take an aggressive stance with the law on my behalf. And they got the job done having made the process pain-free and stress-free for me. It makes a difference to have an attorney who understands all the nuances of the law. I highly recommend these two gentlemen. They will go to bat for you too, and they’ll hit a home run just like they did for me. Thank you both so much for helping me out during one of the most difficult times of my life.

Very Professional

I cannot thank enough how professional and efficient the attorneys were. Very knowledgeable, understood our situation and provided advice we never received from previous bankruptcy attorneys. The outcome of our situation was amazing! They are incredibly experienced and knew what was best option for ...us. They definitely think outside the box with providing great alternatives in your situation.
