Excellent Debt Attorney and Negotiator

Gary cares about his clients!

Gary will take the time to review your information and case and give you the best advice he can on how to proceed and what to expect every step of the way. Gary knows the debt collection industry and how to deal with both the collectors themselves as well as their attorneys and adjuncts. He not only went out of his way to get me the best outcome possible but he tried to figure out all possible ways to make them pay ME for not following the rules and laws concerning debt collection possible. When Gary is on your side the opposing lawyers and collectors pay attention to your case more (in my experience, as I started the process pro se, representing myself, and they were unresponsive to my outreaches until I had Gary) and are more willing to negotiate a better settlement. Excellent Debt Attorney and Negotiator

Gary Merenstein was very professional and knowledgeable regarding my particular situation. He deals with debt attorneys and litigation on a regular basis. I appreciated the fact that he fought for me, responded to my emails and text promptly and didn't have a knee-jerk reaction to bankruptcy as an only option. I would highly recommend Mr. Merenstein to anyone going through some debt troubles. He was able to reduce my debt burden by over 80% with the collections' attorney!

Gary is the Best Attorney, Period

I had the opportunity to use Gary Merenstein for both personal and business related legal issues. He is absolutely the best of the best. He takes the time to explain exactly what is going on and why. He is responsive to phone and email contact. More importantly he gets results. My favorite thing about him is that he pays attention to what you say and lets you be actively involved in your own case. He is open minded and doesn't reduce your case to a number or a generic proceeding. I also noticed that does not give up or get intimidated in any way. He litigates to the bitter end. Even when it looks like things are not going to go your way, he will stick with it to get you the results you are due. His rates are more than reasonable and he is the first personal I call whenever I have a legal question about anything.

He stopped the harassment and made them pay for what they put us through!

My wife and I are victims of identity theft and felt helpless when it came to collection agencies. The constant phone calls, threats and notices were almost too much for us to handle. Gary helped stopped the harassment and even got us a check! Thanks, Gary

Lots Of Help
