I don't know what sort of issues the other reviewer had with Mr. Beach but take it from someone who hired him, he is a top notch attorney who provided me outstanding legal representation. I was in a desperate situation and needed to hire a family law attorney quickly for an immenent divorce mediatio...n conference. I had not been able to hire a divorce lawyer prior due to the high retainer and hourly fees quoted me by several attorneys and my unemployment status. My wife had an attorney however and it became apparent to me he was gearing up to take great advantage of me representing myself at mediation to benefit my wife. At the last minute I was able to find out about Matthew's unbundled legal services by searching for affordable lawyers online and had a consultation with him. He took the time I needed to explain everything I needed to know about the mediation conference and came up with a well thought out and thorough plan on how I could represent myself at the hearing. After considering everything though, I decided right then, with less than 24 hours to the start of the conference, to hire Matthew to represent me instead. It was the best decision I could have made. His unbundled legal services made representation, for the first time, affordable and he came totally prepared to the conference as if he had had months to get ready. His calm demeanor and patient explanation of everything as the mediation progressed helped me tremendously. However, what really set him apart was how he got me the best results that I could have expected from mediation, even better than I had going into it. I know without a doubt I could not have achieved the same results on my own due to my lack of knowledge of divorce law and the legal process in Colorado. Further, when the mediation conference unexpectedly stretched from the 2 hours it was scheduled for into a 7 hour grueling ordeal, Mr. Beach stayed with me until the very end to insure my rights were protected and all the paperwork at the end was fully explained and correct before I signed anything. I can't say enough good things about Matthew Beach's representation of me and how grateful I am to him for his compassion, sharp mind and skills as a lawyer in my mediation conference. If there is a way I could give no stars I would do so. This law firm is no help what is ever took from me 1200 in one day and no preparation nothing in hand I lost want I mostly wanted in this world. No good I would never ever recommend anyone here only if you like your money token away from you! ...On top of everything they don't know how to talk to a person or call back.
