I reduced my sentence myself before hiring her, and I reduced my fines myself after firing her. She did nothing for me. She had no negotiation skill at all!!! She would use some words like "I had good experience in xxx" or "I will make sure xxx" etc. to earn your trust. However, in my case, she did ...not achieve any of her promises but used her contract, which contained unfair contract terms, to against me. Besides that, she is also a negligent lawyer: - Billed me for same tasks multiple times. - Did not know how to use video software. Billed me for her own IT issue. - Did not fight for me. Plaintiff did not provide important evidence because it was not continent for him. She did not even try to get that evidence but asked me to plea. - Did not take the initiative to provide me with important documents until I asked for. - Did not refund my retainer after firing her. It spent me hours organizing evidence and reporting to CO Bar Association to get my money back.
