If we only knew beforehand, we would not have hired Zack. We hired him for the simplest of cases. We signed a contract, paid him a $5000 retainer and never heard back. After three weeks of hiring him, my husband called, texted and emailed....no response. He is a good salesman and that's about it.... I can't believe he actually gets away this. He's a criminal.
