Zach is a terrible attorney. He never explained proceedings to me. I'm your average layman who knows none of the legal jargon used by the court system. He constantly assumed I just knew and would never dumb it down a notch for my sake. My case has been going on for months with no progress wha...tsover. I received no itemized bills, he wouldn't return my calls, or reply to my e-mails. I've enlisted new counsel for my case and they've taken the reins. He's finally replied to their queries and apparently he was ill during this period of no contact. Why he couldn't change his voicemail to say where he was or send me one simple text is beyond me.
