I had a consultation with Melissa that was the measure to what I shall now hold any future lawyer consultations to. I felt from the first moment her and I spoke that she had a genuine care for my circumstances and would tackle anything and everything necessary in order to get things straightened out... for me. Melissa was very thorough and organized and after our meeting I felt immediately relieved to have all of my questions answered and a better view of what I was up against. The only thing that I wish would have been different is if I could have had the opportunity to work with her post consultation. Certain circumstances prevented that from ultimately happening but I wanted to share my experience in hopes it can help someone who might be in a position similar to mine and I’m need of a professionals assistance. Melissa was hands down the kindest and most caring lawyer I have ever associated with and in the future I can promise that she will be the only phone call I’m making when I need legal aid.

Melissa Segers is a lawyer that you could only hope for and never expect to find. A lawyer with a heart that cares. I could not have been better represented if my own mother or father were attorneys. She took the appointment to meet me even when her calendar was basically full. She wanted to help, so... even though her plate was full, she asked to bring on an additional lawyer just to make sure my case got the complete attention that it needed, a Moorea Diamond. It barely affected my fee. I can not express how grateful I was to have found Melissa. She protected me when I was the most vulnerable. She made me feel like my back was covered no matter what, and let me say she absolutely delivered. To say she went above and beyond is an understatement. She is incredibly insightful and present.
