We were referred to Marty by our CPA. It was a horribly stressful time in our life with 2 children under the age of 3, a relatively new home, and the economy crashing around us. Marty was wonderful! I really appreciated how ethical he was, including having us do the right (not the easy) thing, by ...vacating our home in a timely manner and making sure that our creditors were taken care of to the best of our ability. Bankruptcy was not what we wanted but Marty made it so that we felt that we did the best we could under the circumstances.
