Carrie Vonachen

I hired Carrie as my divorce lawyer, it was a very emotional and difficult time for me. She was compassionate and honest with me from the beginning. Her and her paralegal Katy were there for me the whole time. I didn't have to do much of anything but provide specifics. I couldn't imagine doing this w...ithout them. It's hard to say if you are a winner or a loser in a divorce case because ultimately you kind of lose something either way. But I do feel like in this situation we won because she got me everything I was asking for. They are really a dynamic team.

I had minimal experience with legal matters, but Carrie was a wonderful advocate for my needs throughout the year that we worked together. She explained the entire process to me as we went along and always had my best interests in mind. My divorce was done through the state of Indiana, but I was in... the military based elsewhere. By the time I left the military, the family had relocated to Colorado, so I did the same. Planning to be here for good, I wanted more time with my kids than the Indiana divorce afforded me, and Carrie got the job done! It was a bit complicated and slow-moving because the case first had to be transferred from the Indiana to Colorado, but she always kept me informed about where the case stood, and was available to talk me down whenever I became stressed out about something. In the end, my children and I are thrilled about the time we now have together. As I was told a long time ago, you'll never regret spending time and money fighting for your kids. I am so appreciative of everything that Carrie did for my boys and I. Thank you!
