Ross Pulkrabek represents businesses and individuals in civil trials and arbitrations. He is the 2015-2016 President of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association. Ross has a broad and diverse civil trial practice. He is recognized as a leading attorney in Colorado in the areas of business torts and professional negligence. He also regularly represents clients in probate and other fiduciary litigation as well as insurance disputes.

Ross’ business torts practice includes claims breaches of contract, fraud, misrepresentation, embezzlement and other theft, misappropriation of trade secrets, and other economic harms.
