Appreciation for Abrams, Associates

We credit the fabulous work of Robert Abrams and his law firm Abrams & Assoc. We have felt assured of your attention and care to our situation and again "nailing" the defendants and their subcontractors for the shoddy work they did on our renovation. We also liked and appreciated your knowledge to co...mplete the contractor’s unfinished work so we could sell. Your hard work on our behalf, especially coming in for the mediation process when you were so sick, is commendable. The commitment to your clients is amazing and your legal acumen and its application to our case won the settlement. Thank you for making it possible for us to sell our house in a timely manner before the settlement was completed. We were glad you addressed the many issues related to our house fire and its renovation. Thank you for applying your many fine skills and the skills of your staff on our behalf. John and Marnie B. Mr. Abrams is a problem solver with his client's interests in mind

We were clients of Abrams and Associates with Robert Abrams acting as our lawyer. We would like to take this opportunity to call out the exceptional service from this firm. We were pursuing legal action against a bank over issues regarding our mortgage not being executed to what was agreed upon.... Dealing with a bank, we were quite concerned with our chances of any remediation. Upon meeting with Mr. Abrams we were optimistic with our results, and impressed with his ability to understand the complex financial aspects. Mr. Abrams was creative in his approach to identifying a solution for both parties (us and the bank) - ultimately this was the determining factor. Understanding our situation, during our consultation with him, he conceived a solution that was ultimately what was agreed upon. Instead of just threatening a lawsuit - Mr. Abrams provided a solution to the bank to remedy the situation. The bank's legal counsel was appreciative of this approach. We believe this expedited the process and allowed us to resolve the matter; we received an agreed upon solution from the bank within several weeks of initially meeting with Mr. Abrams. As an added benefit - Mr. Abrams also negotiated a payment from the bank to us for our troubles. We did not expect this. It was a pleasant surprise. Ideally we will not be in a situation like this again. If we are Abrams and Associates will be our firm of choice and a place we recommend any friends, family or colleagues for legal matters in this area.

THANK YOU!

I just wanted to take a minute to say THANK YOU so very much Robert! Our situation was an ongoing nightmare that lasted for 18 months. We contracted with a design company and it did not perform. Unfortunately, they refused to refund our money and refused to work with us on another solution. Long st...ory short, according to the company, we were not going to get any money back. We contacted Abrams & Associates and within just two weeks we reached a settlement! We are so VERY GRATEFUL to Robert! He did an amazing job analyzing our documents and got the company to cooperate. And, everyone we spoke with at the office was SUPER nice! I would absolutely recommend Robert to my friends and family. We really appreciate all he did for us.

Abrams is Top-Notch

I just want to thank Robert and his team for all their hard work. My construction company is so glad to have this matter closed and behind us. Because of Robert’s superb negotiating skills, our business dispute settled and we avoided further litigation and expenses. He really has his clients’ best in...terests in mind when he goes to bat for them. If you live in Colorado and are experiencing a business dispute, turn to Robert Abrams. Abrams & Associates is a top-notch firm and I would recommend them to anyone. --Aaron Muhonen, President, CFP Construction

Highly Recommend Robert Abrams and Associates

I wouldn't wish a construction lawsuit on anyone. Especially when building your dream home. The stress is horrible and the difficultly recouping losses caused by faulty construction is challenging at best. My husband and I were determined not to suffer and go away. We hired Robert Abrams and his team... for our extensive case. We hung in there and he fought many defendants in the case over several years. In the end, it paid off, and he was able to get us the well deserved settlements we would likely have missed out on, had we given up and not gone with an experienced hard fighting lawyer. If you ever find yourself in a similar situation, I recommend you give his office a call.
