Aaron R. Bakken

Primary focus is commercial litigation, specifically on issues related to insurance defense, construction defect, personal injury, products liability, contracts, real estate, foreclosures and bad faith. I have experience representing owners, developers, construction companies, architects, material suppliers, corporations, partnerships, title insurance companies and individuals with regard to various legal matters.

Along with my litigation duties I do a lot of transactional work including commercial lease review and negotiation, real estate contract and title policy review, real estate financing, ad valorem taxation and lien negotiation. I also have a lot of experience in assisting clients will the acquisition and sale of business entities, including drafting asset purchase agreements and all other related transfer documents.
