Good luck. You will never reach her, never receive a returned email or phone call, and when you decide to terminate her agreement to represent you, she will never return your retainer. It's a shame, because she does seem intelligent and to know a lot about the law. But if you have any active needs ...on your case? hahaha! You'll never hear from her, so you may as well kiss that retainer money/COLTAF goodbye.

Also sick a lot, only for a couple days at a time, but very often. Had to wait for her to get better. She didnt hand my case to an assistant attorney to help, Paralegals are fine, but not equipped to take over an attorneys responsibility. She was then swamped with work with mine and other cases. Impo...rtant court documents were not handed to the court in time, so guess what? My case was mishandled by her and my case was hurt by this lack of responsibility. Good luck if you expect to get what you paid for.
