Rajesh Kukreja

Rajesh Kukreja proved extremely destructive to my case. He ignored defending me against my due process, failed miserably to make the record during hearing, even going so far as to agree with the judge and opposing attorney! After $17,000 in legal costs, a very competent appealate attorney concluded... that that Mr Kukreja did such a poor job of making the record that I would be at great risk of the court ruling that I would have to pay opposing legal costs as well as possible other fines and penalties if I appealed. After deciding not to pursue an appeal, I was sued by Mr Kukreja for not paying him what he thought I owed. With little money left I was forced to sell of some belongings to avoid the vicious legal attack Mr Kukreja was imposing. He is grossly overpaid and extremely incompetent, He very rarely returned calls, weeks went by before I had any contact with him. In the world of attorneys the 80/20 rule is very relevant. Maybe 20% of the self regulating world of lawyers is competent and Rajesh Kukreja is not one of them.
