Neal John Giersch McConomy

Neal provides litigation assistance to business in both trial and appellate courts at the state and federal level.  His practice focuses on real property, construction defect, and employment matters, but Neal has also litigated in the areas of trademark infringement, franchise disputes, shareholder disputes, and general contract disputes.

Neal is licensed to practice in the State of Colorado, the United States District Court for the District of Colorado, the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.  Neal has also assisted in litigation in the United States District Court for the District of Arizona, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi, and state court disputes in Washington, Kansas, and Mississippi.

While focusing on defense, Neal works with clients in the plaintiff capacity when needed.  His aim for each client is to understand the client's business and litigation goals, so he can help achieve the best possible results—one that always maximizes the time his client can spend on its business rather than on litigation.
