My wife and I hired Joe Elio and his team to represent us after my wife sustained injuries in an auto accident that was not her fault. The entire process took us over 4 years, we hired Joe and team `1-1/2 years into the ordeal. As we went through that process Joe explained that if we were to move on to trial we had a very strong case but out expenses would also rise substantially, going to court isn't cheap. Joe push and push on the insurance company until finally they came up to a dollar amount that we thought was fair. You always want more in situations like this because those you love have been impacted in such a negative way and although I can say I would have loved to get more money too the settlement we obtained was excellent. I can't recommend Joe, James, Jeanine and team highly enough. There is no question what so ever in my mind, if I ever need an attorney again I'm going to Law One.
