After we initially drafted and submitted our 'Demand' Letter and speaking with the other parties attorney JR suggested we run a cost analysis before proceeding forward. Instead of seeing dollar signs he took the ethical route and ultimat...ely we decided the case could potentially cost us more then it was worth. If you want an ethical firm on your side whatever the case may be I'd suggest giving his law firm a chance.
