Relationship: Worked together on matter
Clement is an incredible attorney. We've worked together on a number of intellectual property issues and each time he has been able to resolve the issues quickly and effectively. He's honest, ethical, and bills fairly. I consider him one of the top attorneys with which I have had the pleasure of working.
An excellent lawyer who treats clients with patience, care, understanding, and utmost professionalism - an even better person and I wholeheartedly recommend for future services.

Relationship: Opposing Counsel on matter
Recently I found myself opposed to Clement on a trademark matter. Despite our respective clients viewing the situation through grossly different lenses, I was impressed with the professionalism with which Clement conducted his part of the ordeal. If you are looking for IP counsel that is honest, trust-worth, and effective, I would recommend Clement Hayes.
