I'm not sure how the rating above works because when you click on excellent all the categories are marked. I checked excellent in all of them. Brian is everything that you hope, when you are searching for a lawyer, that a lawyer should be and more. He is warm and personable. He responds quickly to qu...estions and legal matters. He has a quick mind. He's professional with every "i" dotted and "t" crossed. And his staff follows his example. What really impressed me about Brian is that he looks at things in a humane and caring manner. When I was going through my divorce he always suggested that we keep to the high road and stressed that afterwards in the years following I would still be attached to my ex because of the journey we had shared for so many years and he was right although at the time I couldn't see that. He kept a level head despite the high emotions and he offered sound advice when I was not feeling so sound about matters. That said, in the issues that were important to me Brian went to work to make sure that we presented the best possible case. Brian said many things to me that I look back upon as being very wise and he helped me make decisions about the divorce that resulted in the best outcome for my boys and me. The things concerning my divorce that I didn't follow his advice on went, oh, not so well. I would be pleased to have Brian represent me in any matter.
