Brandi was my lawyer(provided by my company) for applying for my Green card. One of the first step was to file the PERM and for which we needed to get a prevailing wage request done. This process should have taken a couple of weeks to a month. We created the application based on her advice but it was... rejected multiple times, eventually took more than 2.5 years to get the prevailing wage request application processed. Each time the application was rejected, she would drag the process out for a couple of months, she would advice randomly changing couple of lines in the application before resubmitting again like it was a game of chance. This process was repeated 5 times before it was eventually accepted. This delay impacted my chances of getting a green card sooner.
