I am an experienced immigration attorney, trial attorney and litigator.  I enjoy working with individuals and employers to resolve tough immigration problems.  I have had the privilege of sharing some dramatic, positive outcomes with my clients, whether they be the approval of a green card, a visa, a successful border entry into the U.S. or the reunification of a family.  I especially enjoy it when my clients become naturalized U.S. citizens.  I am able to use federal lawsuits to resolve delayed adjudications of all types of immigration cases, as well as delayed visa applications at U.S. Embassies and Consulates overseas.  I have also used federal APA lawsuits to challenge incorrect USCIS decisions.

My background as a criminal defense trial attorney and corporate litigator has prepared me to fight for my client's cases not just at the USCIS, Consular, CBP or other administrative level, but to advocate for a review of the decision or to compel a decision in federal court.  I also represent companies who are interested in reviewing their compliance with U.S. immigration and related labor laws.  When asked, I can defend companies who are under investigation by the U.S. Department of Labor's Wage and Hour Disivion (DOL WHD), USCIS' Fraud Detection and National Security (FDNS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and U.S. Department of State's Visa Fraud Unit.  I work with in-house counsel as well as consult with or join in the representation of clients when my expertise is needed.

If you need advice on complex immigration issues, please contact me at the Law Office of Brian Green. I look forward to helping you.

Professional, attentive and friendly
My ‘Lawful Permanent Resident” status renewal was handled by Attorney Brian Green. He was exceptionally friendly and professional and in general, very approachable. He had the ability to put one at ease – either on a skype call, or telephone or a face-to-face meeting. My case file was prepared very well, and Brian ensured that every detail was communicated effectively with me, and that I was comfortable with the entire procedure. It was wonderfully reassuring to have him meet me at the airport to assist with any inadvertent issues that may have arisen with the US Customs and Border Protection. Brian always made sure he was available for me, and at one time, I was actually able to call him directly and get some urgently needed advice during non-office working hours. Such personalized service is rare and am truly grateful to Brian for making this rather stressful experience seem like fun.

Highly recommend
Our I-485 cases are very complicated. We encountered a lot of tough questions from USCIS. Attorney Green handled our cases very well. Although we knew him only a few months, we feel he treated us like good friends. He is very responsive, considerable, knowledgeable. He worked so hard and efficiently. He always sheds light when we feel in dark which is so important for myself and my family. He resolved our problems and helped our family out of the stressful time. I would say at some point he changed our life. If you have immigration problems, don't hesitate to contact Attorney Green. I am sure he will make give you satisfying solutions.

Very knowledgable and friendly lawyer
Attorney Brian Green handled my immigration case very well which involved with CBP. His approach was always very professional and at the same time he is very friendly. He did not give any false hope but was positive about my case throughout. He answered all my questions very diligently. He maintained the client relationship very well, throughout my case which did not guarantee any time frame. At the end, I was so happy that my case won, and I was so much relieved. I would certainly recommend him and law firm which he is associated for the any immigration case. He is working on all special project team, which involves the case, which is not usual.

Impressive
We engaged attorney Green to deal with an extremely complicated immigration related case with the USCIS. His knowledge of the process, attention to detail, empathy and patience were commendable. He engaged, explained and guided us through the whole process and ensured we were taken care of. The outcome was what we wanted and his judgement on how to respond was spot on. We would recommend him strongly.

I-140 Denied got Approved after MTR and Appeal
HI, My I-140 (second step to get Employer base Green card) was denied last year 2013 due to the Employer address change. My Previous Lawyer told me that I have to go back to my country. At this difficult time I contacted Brian Green. I did a 20 minutes consultation with him he told me that your case is wrongly denied by USICS. We can fight this case and will try to win it. There was only 15 days left and i have to file the MTR(motion to review). Brian Green and his colleague prepare a 300 Pages solid MTR and case for MTR was file on time. I was also surprise to see the documentation prepare by the Brian Green in a such small amount of time. Unfortunately after 5 months USCIS denied my I-140 again with a new reason saying that I did not provide the prove of my previous company where I work in 2005. Unfortunately the previous company does not exist any more. Again me,Brian Green and My Employer re group and we file an appeal to the court. Just with in 3 months we got the reply from the court. Court ordered USCIS to withdraw both the denial and reconsider the decision. 2 days back on November 2014 when I saw the status of my I-140 I can see that the status has been changed from denied to Approved. Brian Green is easily access-able by phone and email. He is very active. He has worked on my case over the weekend. I have talked to him over the phone several time. Couple of times I talked to him late evening as well. I will ask everyone not to loose hope. There are several options available after denial. I will recommend Brian Green and Murthy law firm.

Helped me enter the US again.
Brian Green is a great lawyer. Esp. with regards to complex issues that need you to talk to multiple departments spanning USCIS, CBP, DHS, Consulates across the world, CIS Ombudsman's office, etc. In my case, he helped me speak to each of these departments, and finally, we got my inadmissibility hit removed. It took some time, but Brian never relented, and kept at it. Also, his good spirit and attitude made me feel a lot better about going through it all. Thanks Brian.
