My major complaints with this attorney and firm are: Lack of responsiveness to emails or voice mails, took many days to respond to a simple question. Lack of preparedness for hearing. I was not brief or prepared that I would be questioned during my hearing, but I was. She argued a stance that... had no legal validation, and had not researched it. Privacy broken when interns were brought into my case on two different occasion. (the first time I said yes, not knowing they were high school students that went to my son's school). Billing - 4 weeks after firing this attorney I still can't receive an invoice or a refund for the services not rendered.
