I was denied unemployment after leaving a job due to a hostile work environment and false promises of management. I filed an unemployment claim and got denied. Warren was so detailed and precise about the events that led up to me leaving the company, that a week before the continuance, opposing counsel contacted him to make some negotiations. We had the final appeal hearing and Warren stood his ground for me and nailed it perfectly in representing the brutal work environment I endured for nearly 18 months. A letter came in the mail and I WON my unemployment appeal and thanks to Warren advising me to continue to file every day, I received 6 months of back pay from unemployment.
