Amazing value and expertise.

I hired Warren to represent me for an unemployment appeal. (I had been awarded unemployment benefits by the state, and my former employer appealed that decision). Even though my case involved lots of exhibits and was complicated, Warren was up for the challenge. The hearing lasted eight hours ove...r five days, but, as promised, Warren only charged me the initial flat rate and completed the case from start to finish. He really did his research, including listening to prior recordings to determine the best questions to ask. Needless to say, the hearing officer ruled in my favor. In fact, in the hearing officer's written decision, he actually focused on my employer's failures, thanks to Warren pointing them out! Such a good outcome. I am so relieved.

Best Attorney I have EVER Retained

I was denied unemployment after leaving a job due to a hostile work environment and false promises of management. I filed an unemployment claim and got denied. I googled attorneys for advice and Warren Domangue returned my call and was willing to talk at no charge. I retained Warren Domangue and h...e filed an appeal for me. He went into detail of every aspect of my hostile situation and helped me remember things I forgot and well prepared me. During my first appeal case he was a “Pitbull” due to the unfairness of the hearing officer denying us submission of email documentation as evidence against the employer. Warren stayed firm as he requested another hearing be set with a new hearing officer. Warren’s request was granted and we were able to submit my documentation as evidence. During my second hearing for the appeal, he asked all the right questions, he took his time during the hearing, he was patient and direct in asking me questions. He acted very professional during my appeal and gave me confidence we would win. As we ran out of time in my appeal, a continuance was scheduled. Warren was so detailed and precise about the events that led up to me leaving the company, that a week before the continuance, opposing counsel contacted him to make some negotiations. We had the final appeal hearing and Warren stood his ground for me and nailed it perfectly in representing the brutal work environment I endured for nearly 18 months. A letter came in the mail and I WON my unemployment appeal and thanks to Warren advising me to continue to file every day, I received 6 months of back pay from unemployment. Warren is not your typical attorney, he is an amazing person and really cares about the person he is dealing with and makes sure justice is served. I felt he was fair in what he charged me and fought for me. Thank you Warren Domangue.

Pitbull

I was refered this lawyer by a friend of mine for my case. I called him and within hours we were sitting down discussing my case. He took it over from another attorney who wasn't doing anything. In less then 3 months my case was over and he turned it around from settling for 5k to getting 65k for ...me. He found something the other lawyer over looked and ask for a speedy trial and we went to court with a jury and was awarded 65k. All the other lawyers were telling me not to go to trial against the Law firm I was facing because they were good. Well I knew they were wrong in my case and so did Warren. I highly recommend Warren and would use him again. He kept going and did not give up.
