Ian Richard Yourtz

Ian helped me through my divorce, recommended to me by a good friend (who's still happily married to his first wife!). Great advice, kept it clean and simple, and wonderful sense of humor about the whole thing. When we finally got an opportunity to settle with my less-than-cooperative wife, he hand...led it beautifully.

I left for another lawyer after Ian made consecutive promises to give my case attention and did not. He often would not return calls and was unorganized. I realize my case was not easy but it took 3 years to complete the divorce and it seemed much of the time either opposing counsel was waiting for u...s or sometimes months would go by without following up with opposing counsel. I believe Ian tends to be aggressive in contrast to working with opposing counsel and my X to resolve issues. To be fair he is obviously bright, has years of experience and most of all I won my case much to his credit. The bottom line is I think he is over extended in operating as a single attorney in his own office and speed is not his forte.
