Marlana is extremely knowledgeable, articulate and responsive. By the time my case landed on her desk it was a nightmare and from there the courts just made it worse by making mistakes. Marlana was "johnny on the spot" the entire process, if I had questions, she answered immediately. All the areas... of family law that applied to my case she knew inside and out, to the point that the judge was asking her questions about procedures. Marlana worked hard to manage the cost to me and to still give me the representation I needed. Her writings and filings were on point and extremely well written. She puts on the professional act up front and says all the right things to gain your trust. Inevitably, she pushes the client to drive the case and provide the knowledge all while billing full-rate. If I already knew what documents to provide or create, I would be making the professional bucks an...d driving my own case! Provided no angles of attack for case. Made promises of formulating more agreeable parenting plans just to ask later where I'm at with that and sends me a bill for it! I left.
