We were referred to Judith through the Fertility Center of New Mexico to represent us through the process of using a gestational carrier for surrogacy in 2021. I had an initial call with with her and everything sounded great. We talked a few more times on the phone and had an email correspondence dis...cussing the details. When it was time to move forward Judith stopped taking my calls and would not respond to voicemails or emails. She completely ghosted us in the middle of the process and left us scrambling to find a new attorney. There are very few attorneys that work in this field in the state of New Mexico and she put us in a very difficult position. Everything went smoothly until this point and I don't understand why she did this. If she didn't want to work with us she could have told us instead of abandoning us at such a critical time. Leading us on the way she did was a terrible and unethical thing to do. I would not recommend working with an attorney that shows such questionable moral judgment.

I can't recommend Judie enough to help you and your family with such a private, painstakingly confusing and time-consuming service. She has the added expertise of having worked in the medical field as a NICU nurse so I think that added experience really sets her apart from other lawyers, especially i...n this specialization. From our first conversation she was friendly and took the time to listen to me. She never once seemed in a hurry or that I was bothering her. She was great at communicating next steps and what she was going to do and what she needed from me. She always followed through with deadlines and checking in with me when she needed something that was time-sensitive. In the end, we were more than pleased with our contract and the process seemed seamless.

I highly recommend Judith. She was thorough and extremely hands-on and helpful. She was fast to reply to emails and offer insight. Most of all, she really made the experience personal, with a human touch that can not just be manufacture or taught, but comes from being a truly wonderful and empathetic... person.

When I decided to be an independent Surragot, I had no idea how much legal involvement there was throughout the whole process. I called two reproductive law attorneys (Judith's office was my 2nd call) on a Sunday afternoon leaving v-mails with both offices. I expected to have return calls Monday... or Tuesday the latest. I was very impressed when I received a return call from Judith within minutes on that Sunday from my voice mail i'd just left. Judith spoke to me for a couple hours and she made me feel very comfortable almost immediately. She spoke with confidence which made a clear understanding of how she conducts her law practice and representing her client(s) always protecting their best interest. I felt at ease knowing that she would write a thorough contract that would protect me legally during our surrogate journey including any unforeseen complications which I never even thought of.
