Judith Ann Hoechst

When I decided to be an independent Surragot, I had no idea how much legal involvement there was throughout the whole process. I called two reproductive law attorneys (Judith's office was my 2nd call) on a Sunday afternoon leaving v-mails with both offices. I expected to have return calls Monday... or Tuesday the latest. I was very impressed when I received a return call from Judith within minutes on that Sunday from my voice mail i'd just left. Judith spoke to me for a couple hours and she made me feel very comfortable almost immediately. She spoke with confidence which made a clear understanding of how she conducts her law practice and representing her client(s) always protecting their best interest. I felt at ease knowing that she would write a thorough contract that would protect me legally during our surrogate journey including any unforeseen complications which I never even thought of. Judith is more than just an attorney she shows a true genuine side with so much compassion and humility in her practice of reproductive law. Thank you Judith you are truly inspiring!

Judith brings a wealth of experience, not just from the legal side, but from the hiccups that can arise during a pregnancy from her time working in renowned NICUs. She was great in helping us think through some complications that came up along the way - but that was just a great bonus to her diligen...t legal work. She walked through our contracts in very easy-to-understand terms and highlighted things we should be focused on and things that at the end of the day are nice-to-haves and not need-to-haves. She was quick to respond and quick to file necessary paperwork with the courts early as things started to shut down due to COVID. Judith is very well connected in the community, too, with is helpful as she'll often know the lawyer "on the other side of the table" as well as the key people in the court system for when things need to get expedited.

She was pair for our first journey and we choose to go with her the second journey too. I am so honored to have been paired up with Judith. She was very courteous, understanding, and very professional when it came to the contracts. She answers all our questions and also wanted to make sure we underst...ood the contract. I will request Judith if we choose to have future journeys. Best experience for a first-timer and the second time, hands down.

Judith has helped me through a contract as an egg donor.
