This was my first and hopefully only experience in something like this. Laura listened intently to every concern and question and shown the utmost patience and care with myself. She was communicative and timely with response. She helped me over the course of a 1yr + situation with a successful res...ult that left me feeling empowered and overall satisfied after having to deal with a fairly scarring employment experience. She also spent time to educate me in the process, which equipped me with the knowledge to make the right decisions. Along with the education, she would also ensure candid feedback to levelset my expectations. The root of all disappointment is missed expectations, and Laura managed my expectations and helped drive OUR expectations with my employer successfully. I can't say enough positive things about Laura and highly recommend her services!

Laura is a girl boss. She is direct, focused, and timely about taking care of you as a client. I felt so supported in working with her as my VRA counsel.
