Tom Arckey was engaged for representation for collections of back wages from a previous employer. I met a local judge over the summer who encouraged me to post a review here for others to consider. The experience of working with him was quite surreal, as it was evident the longer the case went the mo...re intimidated (by opposing counsel) he was in the trial/jury system. He was constantly pressing me to “settle” before trial including in the hallway during break of the actual trial. In his opening statement he made a major mistake regarding revenue numbers. Vital testimony for the case from former co-workers was also eliminated from trial due to his mistakes regarding substantiating reports. The bottom line is I was never made whole (even though the jury ruled in my favor) in my case after years invested. In my situation the legal system (trial/jury/judge) worked well but my legal representation failed.
