Very satisfied with real estate assistance
Tim help me with a real estate matter. I was not a client and live out of state. He immediately made me feel like I was a long standing client and provided top service. We were under a bit of a time crunch. He was able to meet our tight deadline, while still working very carefully, making sure I was well informed throughout the process and paying great attention to detail.

Easily intimidated by opposing lawyers
Very disappointed in Mr. Parks performance. He was passive and deferred to opposing attorney at my detriment. He was easily intimidated by the tactics of my spouse and his primary advice was "Just give in and make peace". I would NOT recommend him if there is any estate dispute
