Timothy John Parks

Tim Parks is an associate attorney at Davis Schilken, PC. Prior to joining the firm full-time, Mr. Parks worked as an Intern with the Albany County Prosecuting and Attorney’s Office in Albany County, Wyoming. Tim Parks focuses his area of practice on wills, trusts, general estate planning, probate, and administration. He particularly enjoys planning for young families with children.

Tim Parks grew up in rural Arkansas and met his wife in Florida where he lived for six years. He loves the outdoors, especially the mountains. He and his wife love to take their young daughter Ruth and go play nine holes of golf. Because of his daughter Ruth and his son James, he feels very invested in planning for young families who may be in a similar situation.
