Practice involves more than 50 M&A transactions in the last five years alone. Transaction value ranges from $500,000 to $500,000,000. Transaction consideration can be cash, equity, or a mix.

Practice consists of both public and private financings, both debt and equity. Offering values range from $50,000 to $500,000,000.

Practice is limited to M&A related tax matters, equity based compensation issues for public and private companies, and routine corporate and limited liability company guidance on tax structure.
