I'd like to start by saying, Mike Fossier is nothing short of amazing. This was our first time needing a lawyer of any kind, and Mike was incredible right from the start. Going into the experience, we weren't quite sure what to expect; when we thought of the concept of 'lawyers and attorneys', there ...was a preconceived notion of what that might entail. However, we were pleasantly surprised that this was absolutely, 100% not the case. Mike is incredibly humble, down to earth, easy to talk with, and above all else, just a super nice guy. I worked with Mike for about 2 years on an auto accident case. We were hoping to settle initially but had to file and set up for a court trial. 2 weeks before the court date Mike and another lawyer were able to negotiate a 6 figure outcome in my favor that all of us could agree upon. Mike is ver...y caring and thorough. Trials are not always easy, but Mike has a way of keeping the peace, and dealing with all the emotions that come up, in a very caring and professional manner. i would recommend Mike anytime and anyone would be smart to choose him as their lawyer. Mike is great at communication and keeping everyone moving forward for what is needed. He was available even outside of normal hours, on occasions when talking to him immediately was needed. He stayed strong when emotions would get heated and was able to explain all that he was doing and how it would effect the lawsuit. Mike took his time to get to know me and my family so that he knew what we were about and handled us like we needed instead of the same as anyone else. His approach to the lawsuit was in line with what we as a family were needing and he made the time dealing with this lawsuit not so terrible. We will miss him though we are glad that we are done with our lawsuit and can move forward with our futures.
