I'd like to start by saying, Mike Fossier is nothing short of amazing. This was our first time needing a lawyer of any kind, and Mike was incredible right from the start. Going into the experience, we weren't quite sure what to expect; when we thought of the concept of 'lawyers and attorneys', there ...was a preconceived notion of what that might entail. I was referred to Mike Fosseneir by other attorney's that weren't sure they could handle my injury case. First, Attorney Mike Fossenier is the definition of integrity, experience and professionalism. Throughout the time he spent on my case, he kept me well informed of everything occurring in my ...case and always attempted to keep my cost portion very low. He knows the law, rules and regulations, extremely well. Whenever the other side (insurance companies) tried to make false claims or invent their own rules, Mike immediately called them to task on their inappropiateness and never, ever let them try to intimidate me during any meetings, making a stressful situation, tolerable. I ended up in court after a speeding ticket that was absolutely outrageous. The fine was going to be much more than I could have afforded at the time, and I was very worried about my case. I hired Mr. Fossenier who frankly, did his job 10 fold. I had consulted with other lawyers prior to him, yet I c...hose him because he thought outside of the box. One thing he recommended that I do, was take a traffic course before my court date to show the judge my commitment to becoming a better driver. Not only did he recommend that course, but he also checked in with me week by week updating me with what he knew and to just check up on my progress. There were, several times, moments when I had a question about particulars in the case that I had to call for answers, and he almost always answered my phone calls. When he couldn't or was busy, the calls were returned within hours, not weeks. He was so professional and courteous, that I again consulted him when dealing with a lawsuit I was drawing up against a former roommate of mine, and gave me all the advice I needed to not only solve the case, but prevent it from even having to go to court. Michael is hands down the best lawyer with the most integrity that I have ever met, and since he's represented me I have recommended him to several friends who needed help. If you're expectations for your lawyer are for an honest, intelligent, genuinely kind and caring gentleman, look no further.
