Eric was willing to listen and help from the first phone call we ever made to him. His attention to detail is outstanding. He is great at explaining every detail of what is or will be happening as you proceed with any case or issue you may be dealing with. Thank you Eric!

Steer clear
Retained the services of Eric for and easy task and after being told what I wanted to here for two months, Eric decided to represent himself instead of fight for his client. Not aggressive at all and not what you want in your corner when it really matters
Varner Faddis Elite Legal (“VFEL”) regrets that this poster feels this way, but vehemently disputes the validity and factual accuracy of these accusations. It should be noted that, in 2019, Mr. Faddis was selected as a finalist for the Colorado Bar Association’s Outstanding Young Lawyer of the Year Award. To protect every client’s privacy, we will not divulge the details of our representation of any client. However, VFEL wishes to make clear that ethics are paramount to our firm, and when we believe the ethical rules prohibit continued representation of a client, we have a legal and ethical duty to withdraw.
"Having worked with Eric on a criminal matter, Eric has extensive knowledge of criminal law and how the many jurisdictions concern themselves with different matters. He doesn't just worry about what outcome is best for the client in the legal realm, but he also concerns himself with the financial impact, as well."
"Eric is a former prosecutor who is highly-skilled in the arena of criminal defense. I have referred several people to Eric for assistance with defense issues. I endorse this attorney without hesitation."
"Eric is an exceptionally skilled attorney. I first met Eric when he was clerking for a judge in Jefferson County. Eric does a fantastic job of using his working knowledge of the judicial system to his clients' advantage."
