I retained this attorney under a signed engagement and retainer agreement and paid for legal services. Based on the work performed, I believe the fees charged were not proportional to the services provided, and I felt that I did not receive fair value. After sharing my experience, I was surpris...ed to see a public response stating that I was never a client. I do have documentation confirming the engagement, but I am not comfortable posting private legal records in a public forum. I stand by my experience and in fact now more disappointed by their response.
