Bolor Nyamaa

Our previous landlord wronfully kept our deposit. We had pictures and documentation as proof that everything was in order. However, we continued to receive threatening messages from him that not only stated that he was keeping our money, but that he was also charging us for "damages" (there weren't a...ny damages). I called Bolor and she immediately gave me advice and took my case. She knew that we were unjustly being harrassed. She fought tooth and nail with this greedy person. She never gave up the fight. This man was constantly sending emails about "new findings" and she saw right through them. This man went as far as researching where our new home was, just to continue the harrassment. He even threatened Bolor during a court presentation! Still, Bolor never backed down, She fought with courage, strength, integrity and class. I admire her resiliance and her passion for ensuring that everyone is treated fairly regardless of their status.

I was referred to Bolor by someone I know. In 2013 a lawsuit was brought against me by a former employer. I was an independent contractor and had left his company, then went on to another company and brought in a huge roofing contract to this new company. When the former employer got wind of this,... they tried to sue me for the amount of the contract, saying the work should have been done through them. They didn't have a leg to stand on or the law to back them up, but they figured I would settle and go away. That's where Bolor came in. She immediately knew what they were trying to do and wanted to help me. Because of her tenacity and knowledge of the law, she beat their attorney into the ground until finally after almost 3 years, they dropped the suit. Bolor never once wavered and never quit fighting, even though I was in the arrears with what I owed her and her firm. I am glad to say I was able to pay her firm the balance of what I owed them a few months ago, which was significant. Bolor saved me a ton of money. I will always hold her in the highest regard and I now consider her a part of my extended family.
