As a person who had no idea what to expect with the divorce process, I felt very lost but Matt & Casey were great! Matt was attentive to my situation and put me at ease throughout the entire process. I really believe he genuinely cares about each of his clients and really has their best interests a...t heart. (Unfortunately that can't be said of other lawyers) He made sure that the entire process was as fast and painless as possible. I hired Matt during a difficult divorce battle. I was scared to death about the outcome of the filing and the implications it would mean for my children. Matt was very personable and did everything he could to make me feel at ease. He never seemed bother or annoyed by my incessant question and going ...over things with me, even if we'd already talked about them a million times. Matt really goes to bat for you and he really cares for his clients.

Matt Patton was recommended to me by friend and he was amazing. My divorce was ugly (who's divorce isn't?), but through it all Matt maintained a professional and optimistic attitude. There were times where my emotions were running high and Matt would remind me that what we were doing would be best fo...r my kids and best in the end. Matt knew as soon as he received any paperwork from the other attorney whether the terms were reasonable or if it was something that the courts would not agree to. Having an experienced lawyer on my side brought an amazing amount of reassurance in a situation that is ever changing and often confusing. I think there are times in a divorce proceeding where it would be easy to throw mud at the other person, even if all it did was make you feel better. But Matt was always reminding me that because my children were so young (1 year old and 2.5 years old) that I would be dealing with my soon-to-be ex husband for at least another 17 years. Knowing that I had Matt on my side and with mine and my children's best interest at heart made all the time in the court room, the hours in mediation, and the never ending paperwork feel manageable. I have recommended Matt to several people in the Castle Rock area and most recently a co-worker of mine is using Matt to help him navigate a particularly ugly custody battle, and every time I get an update he tells me "Matt is awesome!" (which I already knew) Matt has extensive experience and takes each case personally, you will never feel like he is "just a lawyer." He takes the time to understand your situation and the family dynamics that exist. My divorce was finalized January 2016 and as of Jan 2017 he is still assisting me with extra paperwork that my ex husband has submitted. Matt Patton and his staff are amazing and incredibly helpful during a very stressful and unsure time in life.

Smart, professional, punctual, savvy attorney's!!!!
