Kayla Ann Banzali

Robinson & Henry Partner Kayla A. Banzali leads an Evictions Team and an HOA Litigation Team at the firm’s Colorado Springs office. Having lived in the Springs most of her life, Kayla is eager to help people in her hometown navigate their legal matters.

Kayla’s love for writing, research, and developing persuasive arguments prompted her to attend law school following her undergraduate studies. Today, she integrates these passions with her knowledge of the law to support people during some of the most difficult times in their lives.

Much of Kayla’s legal practice has been dedicated to real estate issues. She represents clients who face a variety of real estate problems, including HOA conflicts, landlord-tenant issues, and property disputes. She also helps clients regain their rightful personal property in replevin actions.

Additionally, Kayla has experience in civil defense litigation, specifically working on premises liability and personal injury cases. She has defended property owners who were sued for neglect following an injury occurring on their property.

Kayla’s law practice embodies the ethical and practical principles of legal mentors from whom she gleaned invaluable insight into the profession. Her comprehensive approach includes discerning her client’s goals and involving them throughout the case’s development.

Clients also can expect to receive realistic expectations about their case from the outset. While Kayla strives to resolve her clients’ disputes in a way that aligns with their wishes, she avoids practices that could be harmful to them and her professional reputation.

When Kayla is away from the office, she enjoys reading and DIY projects, but most of all she loves to spend time with her daughter.
