Biography
A partner in Earl and Earl, PLLC, Mr. Earl attended Boise State University, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Social Science, in 2005. During his senior year at Boise State, Mr. Earl interned with a law firm of Givens Pursely in Boise, Idaho where Mr. Earl in worked on law and policies for the Idaho Medical Association, Qwest and many other national companies. Upon graduation, he enrolled in the University of South Dakota School of Law, where he received his J.D. in 2009. After law school, Collin relocated to Colorado. He has been practicing law along the Front Range ever since.
Mr. Earl has focused his legal career on the needs of the individual and in doing received experience in many fields to allow him to be a one stop shop for his clients. He has extensive experience in personal injury including trucking, motorcyele and car accidents; premise liability and traumatic brain injuries. Mr. Earl also has experience in business law family law, real estate law and he has handled numerous other types of more fringe areas of law like mortgate litigation, RESPA, and FCRA. He has worked with some of the biggest firms in the state of Colorado and uses his expansive litigation experience to help clients through difficult times.
In his spare time, Mr. Earl is a professional novelist, also known as a literary ninja. He is fluent in Tagalog and enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.
