I'm not sure exactly how this attorney has managed to stay in business but if you have a case in which you are serious about recovery, please know that he may not. Details are not something this attorney will pay attention to and he will likely spend more time discussing the rights of the opposin...g party instead of concentrating on securing those upon which you are owed. You will feel alone in the legal matter and that you are battling a serious situation without help and that is not a good feeling during litigation. Communication is lacking in fact utterly absent. This attorney will say one thing and then take a completely contrary position unexpectedly. His apparent lack of interest in his work will shake your confidence and actually convince you that self representation could even be a better alternative, though this is always inadvisable. He is looking for an easy quick settlement; not a serious litigator who will give high priority to securing your legal interests. Choose a better attorney. Spare yourself the brain damage and get away while you still can.
