Colorado Court of Appeals reversed and remanded the case back to the trial court for appellate procedures.

Rocky Mountain Wild v. U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service

Court remanded the decision back to the agency based on improper application of the listing factors. FWS ordered to make a new 12-month finding.

In re People v. Day 09SA350

Supreme Court granted Rule 21 Motion and sent the case back to the District Court for re-sentencing. Original sentence was an indeterminate prison sentence, new sentence was probation.
