I’m Stephanie Fling. I have been practicing for 14 years. I focus on Family Law and Criminal Defense
I know how important your children, your peace of mind and your financial stability are to you and how important it is that we work to allow an easy transition as quickly as possible. I also know you have a lot of questions. I will give you a realistic assessment of your rights, obligations, choices and their consequences as I have to all my clients over the last 14 years.
I don’t just work to meet your needs, I work for the best interests of the kiddos and my goal is that you get through this and have a good working relationship.
I have extensive trial experience but settle most cases before they hit the courtroom.
I received my Juris Doctoral degree from the Denver University College of Law in 2001 and have been practicing since then mostly in family law, criminal law and civil litigation. You’ll be working directly with me throughout your case.

She took my money and did no work
In 2014 she took my money for a post divorce situation and did no work. Every time we met she smelled of alcohol. I see she is disbarred for keeping someone’s money.
