I run a small filmmaking business and needed a detailed contract for one of my clients who wanted to start a long-term agreement for my services. Last year I knew that I needed to retain an Attorney. I figured that any attorney that I would have would be good! Well, I feel that had got so much more! I feel very, very fortunate that Shirin Chahal was assinged to my case! I was looking to retire and sell my small business in Colorado. Shirin helped get my corporate records in order, and then drafted all the necessary documents to facilitate the deal. She also counseled me on tax issues and did some research to help figure out how I would transfer my state license to the buyer.
