Horrible at communication. Made false promises . Promised me $10,000 vehicles, just to name that one... stoped completely communicating with me.. I hired him for an accident that was not my fault, took 7 yr. to settle. unbelievable ...To much things went wrong for an accident that was not my fault..., and took the life of my companion. an apology from the at-fault party would have went a long way, could have been healing for both parties. For Shame is how I feel.

I was in a serious car accident and tried to deal with the insurance company myself for about 6 months, maybe more. After being ignored and basically given the run around by the insurance company (State Farm), I had to find a lawyer. I wasn't too excited about that and not particularly thrilled to ...have to go to the lawyers office. Plus it seems like they all are self proclaimed "experts". I met with a couple lawyers and he was one of them. He wasn't immediately available on the phone, and it took me a few days to get into see him. But when I did meet with him, I knew I found the right place. First of all, I was really comfortable talking to him and I appreciated that. But, the thing that probably surprised me the most was the amount of experience he had (I don't understand why this website doesn't say that.) I found out that when he was younger, he worked for insurance companies. It was obvious that he knew so much more about car accident claims than anyone else I talked to. The other thing that I found out that I didn't realize was important is that the insurance companies apparently keep track of whether these lawyer actually take cases to trial. He explained how they knew that (which I don't quite remember). But supposedly, If the lawyer hasn't done a trial in years, the insurance companies know that. Marco showed me some of the cases he took to trial and a few of them were pretty impressive. Apparently that's way different than "settling" with them and that's the point. When all was said and done, even though the case took longer than I though it would, he did a great job for me. Plus, I really felt like he cared about what happened to me and my family which was unexpected. I do highly recommend him.
