David Kelvin Bailey

This Lawyer i used 2years ago and had been my lawyer for 2years he doesn't seem to look at has papers that get faxed to him he got our case thrown out of court in one county for not filling out paper work to send back when the judges where mad at the other party and everything was looking good for us... the case got thrown out. so it ended up in another county where David didn't even try to get what we was wanting and instead the other parent got more time with the kid then was wanting and has to pay less in child support then the other county originally had in place for them to pay. then after everything David sends e-mail wanting to with draw from his duties stating he full filled his duties but needs permission to do so, i wrote him back with questions bout filling contempt and never heard from him since

I was pretty unhappy with the expensive counsel I received from Mr. Bailey. At our hearing for permanent orders he informed me that he had "forgot" about my case until that morning. My ex has an extensive criminal record, abuse/neglect charges and domestic violence charges, but ended up with more t...ime with our child than previously. All of the police reports, criminal records, affidavits were not admissible because Mr. Bailey had not served the witnesses.
