Fantastic Advocate and Empathetic Partner

I engaged Jamie to help me with my divorce - settlement agreement with my ex partner. The personalities involved were very challenging and Jamie navigated the situation with professionalism and efficiency. The best lawyer in the world

Divorce is an extremely challenging journey financially, mentally, emotionally, and physiologically. I could not be more blessed to have had Jamie Paine as my guide through that journey. I'm also extremely grateful for the extensive legwork her team including Robert Voorhees and Tracy Spiegel put i...nto my case. My divorce involved an under-employed spouse who wanted to relocate to a different state with our two young children as well as investment properties and other assets. While I'm sure it wasn't the most complex case Jamie has dealt with, it was far from simple. From the onset, Jamie approached the case with compassion and a keen eye on minimizing impact on the children. Whether it was making suggestions on how to keep attorney fees to a minimum, wisdom on how to effectively transition to two homes or set up a nesting arrangement, or guidance on interaction with the other party, Jamie was the soundest of counsel and genuinely put my children's wellbeing at the top of her priority list. When it became exceedingly clear that the opposing counsel was not going to make a genuine attempt to settle the case, Jamie and her team rolled up their sleeves and went to battle with a strategy to win the war. Jamie had a thorough grasp on this case and assembled a compelling Joint Trial Management Certificate that prompted the Judge to have a meeting with both attorneys before the trial began in earnest to advise how he was likely to rule on the key elements of the case and suggested the parties attempt to settle the case with those rulings in mind. In the end, the case was settled in the courtroom hallway with a result that was a stone's throw away from my best case scenario and hundreds of miles away from what the other party wanted. I can confidently say there are few people who have had a more profound impact on my life and the life of my children than Jamie and her team and I will be forever grateful for the tenacity with which they adopted my fight and the result their efforts delivered. Exceptional Support, Especially Focused on What's Best for the Children

Jamie helped my son through a very emotional divorce case. His ex-wife wanted to relocate the children and wanted exorbitant maintenance and child support payments. Jamie was able to get the necessary experts involved in the case to bring the whole issue to closure in a fashion that resulted in the b...est outcome for the children and my son. I couldn't have been more pleased with where things ended. Jamie truly cared about the case, including doing some "late-night detective work" to strengthen the case.
