At Brady, McFarland & Lord, LLC, we are here to help you reach your personal goals. Our philosophy is that our value is in the questions we ask to help you craft the best estate plan or business transaction possible. We consider the legal documents to be a means to an end, namely helping clients protect their loved ones and important assets. We have been serving Arvada, Colorado, and the West Denver metro area for over 30 years and have focused on estate planning and business law for the past 25 years.
We know that the best legal counsel consists of more than just a strong knowledge of the law and how to apply it. Our firm combines three key elements to give our clients well-rounded legal counsel:

Legal competency: With 30 years of legal experience, we have seen a variety of situations and strategies. Our lawyer has a good idea of what will work and what ideas are not likely to be successful.

Family focus: If decisions were made in a vacuum, it would be easy to ignore the ramifications they have. However, because every decision affects other people, it is important to think about the possible outcomes of every possibility. We take the time to learn what is important to our clients, so we can help them make the best decision for their situation.
